The Richness of the Moment

Due to shifting hormones, the years past menopause are especially likely to bring about a need to transform our daily activities and experiences in a number of substantial and significant ways.
My friend, Erica Ross Krieger, a.k.a. the Wellness Coach, has some wonderful suggestions to help us live in greater alignment with our true passions and purpose.
